Sarah A Glover

Eunoia [yoo-noy-ah] (n.) beautiful thinking; a well mind

As a qualified and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in North Lincolnshire, I offer a safe and supportive space to help you, your child or your family navigate life’s challenges.

Welcome to Sarah Glover

As a qualified and accredited counsellor and Psychotherapist I specialise in supporting children with anxiety, behavioural differences including ADHD and Autism, school learning and attendance issues, and family and friendship difficulties.

I also support adults with anxiety (including worry, social anxiety, panic attacks and phobias), depression (coping with persistent sadness, restoring energy, rediscovering joy) and trauma recovery (healing from past abuse, rebuilding safety, reclaiming strength).

I help people and families realise and promote positive mental health that improves outcomes across learning, relationships and daily life. I work trauma‑informed and neurodiversity‑aware, blending evidence‑based therapies with creative tools that make complex ideas accessible to children, teens and adults. I value emotional safety, cultural sensitivity and collaborative, strengths‑based work.

Fees

£70 per 50 minute session.

As a reflection of the value I place on recommendations, new client referals may be offered a reduced fee for their first session or sessions. Any information regarding referrals will be managed in line with confidentiality and data protection standards.

School-based sessions are available on a half-day or full-day basis; please get in touch to discuss fees and availability.

Who I Work With

In person or online

I specialise in working with children from Year 6 right through to post-graduate age, as well as offering support for families, couples, and individuals.

Whether you're navigating a crisis, looking for help with emotional or behavioural challenges, or simply want to create a more harmonious home life, I’m here to help.

In schools

I work directly in schools from Key Stage 2 upwards, providing accessible therapeutic support for children and young people within their familiar environment.

When space within the school is limited, I provide a unique mobile therapeutic environment; a specifically designed and converted Renault Master campervan. A unique, safe, welcoming, and private setting directly on site. This unique approach allows the children to access vital support without interrupting their school day.
